*$2.50 service fee per ticket

Parking is available at the CHI Health Event Center for $10.

Entry Deadlines

All Entries must be submitted by Monday, December 1, 2025

NOTE: Entries with leotard orders must be submitted by Friday, November 15, 2025 in order to receive your leotards.
